Cancellation Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority At Hi-Q Furnishings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order or need assistance with a damaged or faulty item, please read our return policy carefully.

Cancellation within 14 Days:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a cancellation, kindly contact us within this 14-day period. We will request your order number and the reason for cancellation. If you decide to cancel your order due to personal preference during the 14-day cancellation period, please be aware that a collection fee will be deducted from your total refund. The collection fee may vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) you purchased.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, we will either replace the affected parts free of charge or arrange for the collection of the damaged item(s) and provide you with a full refund. This option is available exclusively within the 14-day cancellation period.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All our products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your item(s) that appear to be due to a manufacturing fault within the first 12 months, follow these steps:

  1. Provide evidence of the fault in the form of high-resolution photos or video. There’s no need to send the item back for an in-person inspection.
  2. Once we’ve received the evidence, we’ll promptly process your warranty claim.

Resolution within Warranty Period:

  • If a fault is confirmed within the 12-month warranty period, we will replace all affected parts at no cost to you.
  • In the event an item is found to be faulty within the initial 6 months of ownership, we may offer a full refund as an alternative to a replacement item.
  • For items discovered to be faulty beyond the initial 6 months but still within the 12-month warranty period, a replacement will be provided; however, refunds will not be offered.
