Mattresses: Typically, delivered within 7-10 working days.

Headboards: Usually delivered within 5-7 working days.

Bed Frames: Generally delivered within 7-10 working days.

Please note that these lead times are provided as approximate estimates. For a more accurate delivery timeframe tailored to your order, simply proceed to the checkout, where you will receive a detailed estimation before finalizing your purchase.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our delivery service. We offer complimentary standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses, apart from some remote areas where additional charges may apply. Due to current constraints faced by our couriers, deliveries are typically made to your front door or curb side, especially if access to your property is restricted or in cases of multi-unit dwellings like apartment complexes.

Please take note of the following postcode areas, which may experience longer delivery lead times and potentially incur extra charges:

  • AB, DD, IV, KW, PH
  • PA21 – PA38
  • PA42 – PA59
  • PA80

Regrettably, we are currently unable to provide delivery services to offshore postcodes due to prevailing restrictions.

One important reminder: Please refrain from disposing of your old bed or mattress until you’ve received your new one and are satisfied with its condition. While we strive to offer exceptional service, we do rely on third-party couriers who, on rare occasions, may encounter delays or issues. We want to ensure that you are never without a comfortable bed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Due to current courier restrictions, deliveries are typically made to your front door of property or curb side, especially if access to your property is limited or in the case of multi-unit dwellings like apartment complexes.

7.1      Please note that limitations in colour reproduction and variations in individual screen colour settings may result in slight variations in product colour.

9. BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR FURNITURE

9.1      Please check the dimensions of your bed before ordering to ensure it will fit through doorways, halls, and flights of stairs.

9.2      Leave the protective wrapping on the items until you are sure you want to keep them; mattress cannot be returned unless faulty once unwrapped due to health and hygiene regulations.

9.3      This does not affect your legal rights. Refer to Returns & Cancellations for further information.
