2. WARRANTY, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

2.1      You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us within this 14-day period and provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

2.2      If you cancel your order during the 14-day cancellation period due to personal preference, please note that a collection fee may be deducted from your total refund. The collection fee may vary based on the size and weight of the purchased item(s). If your item arrives damaged, we will either replace the affected parts at no cost or arrange for the collection of the damaged item(s) and provide a full refund. This option is available exclusively within the 14-day cancellation period.

2.3      All our products include a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your item(s) that appear to result from a manufacturing fault within the first 12 months, follow these steps:

  • Provide evidence of the fault in the form of high-resolution photos or video.
  • Once we’ve received the evidence, we’ll promptly process your warranty claim.
  • If a fault is confirmed within the 12-month warranty period, we will replace all affected parts at no cost to you.
  • If an item is found to be faulty within the initial 6 months of ownership, we may offer a full refund as an alternative to a replacement item.
  • For items discovered to be faulty beyond the initial 6 months but still within the 12-month warranty period, a replacement will be provided, or a refund may be offered at our discretion.

3. PRICE PROMISE

3.1      As a leading furniture supplier, we are dedicated to providing the best service for our customers. If a product of similar quality from a comparable supplier is available, we will strive to match or beat the price, subject to negotiation with a member of our customer service team.

4. DELIVERY CHARGES & INFORMATION

4.1      To assist you in planning, we’ve provided approximate lead times for our products below. Please note that these lead times are approximations

  • Mattresses: Typically delivered within 7-10 working days.
  • Headboards: Usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
  • Bed Frames: Generally delivered within 7-10 working days.

4.2      We offer free standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses, except for some remote areas where additional charges may apply. Due to current courier restrictions, deliveries are typically made to your front door of property or curb side, especially if access to your property is limited or in the case of multi-unit dwellings like apartment complexes.

5. USAGE OF PRODUCT

5.1      All products are intended for domestic use only unless otherwise stated. If you intend to use any products in a business or public environment, please contact us for further information.

6. AVAILABILITY

6.1      All product orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of stock listings on our website.

7. COLOUR REPRODUCTION

7.1      Please note that limitations in colour reproduction and variations in individual screen colour settings may result in slight variations in product colour.

8.2      We aim to respond to complaints within 7 working days of receipt.

9. BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR FURNITURE

9.1      Please check the dimensions of your bed before ordering to ensure it will fit through doorways, halls, and flights of stairs.

9.2      Leave the protective wrapping on the items until you are sure you want to keep them; mattress cannot be returned unless faulty once unwrapped due to health and hygiene regulations.

9.3      This does not affect your legal rights. Refer to Returns & Cancellations for further information.
